METALLURG VANADIUM CORPORATION ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO AMG VANADIUM, INC.
Effective January 1, 2011, Metallurg Vanadium Corporation changed its corporate name to AMG Vanadium, Inc. This change is being made to better brand the company with its parent, AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. (AMG), and will have no direct effect on the local Cambridge operations.
